About Rob:
Fishing Manager Rob Ceccarini has a long history with the Orvis Company. As a customer of our Greenvale and New York City Company stores, Rob learned to translate his passion for Striped Bass into learning how to fly fish the surf for Stripers, Bluefish, and Albacore. As Fishing Manager Rob and team have established the Fifth Avenue Store as a gateway to the Orvis brand through their local customers as well as visitors from all over the globe with world class customer service. As an avid Fly Tyer Rob loves nothing more than creating new patterns to deceive fish. He can be found fly fishing the waters in Montauk, NYC, Westchester, Upstate NY and the occasional trips out west or to the Caribbean. Rob is a dedicated conservationist and is an involved member of TU, TGF, FCA and Stripers Forever. A point of pride for him are the well attended classes, presentations and nightime events held at the store. Rob takes pride in developing his customers fishing skills through in store talks and taking them on the water.
