Since 1980, I have been working with partners Ken Ersbak and Jim Hartzler in our consulting firm ARC. We started by offering scientific management to fishing clubs. Over the years we have expanded to provide additional services to government agencies, counties, municipalities, engineering firms, and a variety of, environmental groups, associations, private businesses, and individuals. We provide baseline surveys of aquatic macroinvertebrates, fishes, and water chemistry. We assess environmental impact to aquatic ecosystems, consult on habitat development, and advise regarding fisheries management.
